Arrian Books

Arrian (c. 86–c. 160 AD) was a Greek historian, philosopher, and public official. He is best known for his detailed account of Alexander the Great’s campaigns, The Anabasis of Alexander, which remains a key source on the historical figure. Arrian was also a Stoic philosopher and preserved the teachings of his mentor, Epictetus, in works like Discourses and Enchiridion, blending history and philosophy in his writings.
